CCS Degree

Does anyone of any Universities in Europe that offer a 1 year degree program in CCS, Climate Change?
I am greatly interested in pursuing a degree, if available.

Also, are there any employment websites/recruiters specifically looking to employ people in the above mentioned fields?

Have you seen this program? it is at least 3 semesters, but seems like it would be just what you are looking for.

I often wonder if programs like this would be better than getting a more conventional Masters by research with a CCS thesis? I guess it depends on the reputation and credibility of the institutions and instructors?
