HI,

Sorry for the delay in replying. My area of reaserch is on carbon sequestration in saline aquifers and my focus is on the risk assessment of storage of carbon dioxide in slaine aquifers. Though my major is Natural Resource Economics and will be focussing on economic and environmental risks of carbon storage I am required to study about the chemical and physical nature of the carbon dioxide and their interactions with the aquifers to aid me in my research. I would e interested inlearning and sharing information to help us further our reaserch.

Thanks
Praveena

Dear Mr.Prem,

My name is Prateek Bumb. I am a 4th year undergraduate student of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur pursuing dual degree course (Integrated BTech +MTech) in Mining Engineering with specialization in Safety and Environmental /Disaster Management. I have done a substantial work in the field of Carbon Capture and Storage technology supported by international research papers and industrial sponsored projects. My entrepreneurial initiatives in clean energy sector, CODE GREEN (A Carbon Capture and Storage Business model), have won highest honors at the top business plan competitions organized nation-wide.

I am very interested to know about the student opportunities for an internship in the field of CCS.

I will be glad if you can guide me a little in this regard.

Best Regards,
Prateek Bumb
