Carbon Capture Journal

Carbon capture and storage - one of the most important engineering challenges

I, Bipal Kr Jana, working on carbon sequestration research project and interested to publish my paper in association with some non Indian Authors. I would also like to submit my paper in International journal where beginners can submit the paper. If any friend interested to join me, I am happy to accept.

I would also like to know about CDM project---If anybody I can share.

I would also like to know about carbon credit---If anybody I can learn.

I would love to see your work. I'm concentrating on geological sequestration and developing a legal framework that would be analogous to oil and gas laws in the US. This is just a proposal, and only for my thesis, but it would ably to liability issues in case of leakage from underground caverns. As you know, if it's released in high quantities, it's extemely deadly. I'm not a scientist, just a lawyer. If you wouldn't mind, I would like to read your work, and with your permission, I would like to reference some information.

Dear Stephanie,

Thanks for your interest. I would like to mention you that I am doing my thesis work on carbon sequestration by plantation and published a lot of papers. But I have no knowledge on your field, so far my knowledge. My area of thesis work: CO2 emission from different sources, C-sequestration by different plants, carbon sequestration rate by static and dynamic way, soil respiration and soil carbon stock. One of our workshop in our University, your Mr Alberto Goetzl, President & Managing Member of Seneca Creek Associates attended and praised my work. I don"t know how can I help you?

Bipal, I am writing a thesis on CCS for a post doctorate degree in environmental law. From what I can deduce, the cap and trade (US) program will be fashioned like the acid rain program under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7651. I'm mostly concentrating on US and Canada CCS operations and proposed legal regimes for monitoring, credits, etc. Stephanie
